BJUTIP is expanding its in-house marketing team. We are looking for a data-driven PPC Specialist to plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across our European markets — supporting a curated portfolio of premium fragrance, niche beauty, and lifestyle brands.
About the Role
As our PPC Specialist, you will own the performance side of our digital presence. You will build and optimize campaigns that drive qualified traffic, improve ROAS, and strengthen BJUTIP's position as a trusted European partner for premium brands. You will work closely with our brand, content, and e-commerce teams to turn data into measurable growth.
What You'll Do
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display).
Monitor performance in Google Analytics 4 and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation to maximize ROAS.
Collaborate on landing page optimization and conversion tracking setup.
Support SEO initiatives with keyword research and on-page recommendations.
Report on KPIs and present recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, structured way.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience managing campaigns in Google Ads and Google Analytics 4.
Working knowledge of SEO tools (e.g. Ahrefs, Semrush, Search Console, Marketing Miner).
A proactive, self-directed mindset — you bring solutions, not just problems.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data.
Bonus: experience with e-commerce or international / cross-border markets.
